Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Exhibit Center, Woods Hole, Massachusetts

August 28, 2017 by Eva Pendley Leave a Comment

This is a reall cool place. We learned a lot here!

The town of Woods Hole in and of itself is worth the stop. We soon learned it’s pretty much all about Marine Science. Driving through, we got to see The Atlantis, the big oceanographic research vessel. We definitely want to visit this town again but probably in the off-season. Our big pick-up was not the best vehicle for the narrow streets or for finding a parking place.

The Exhibit Center looks very small but there is a lot to it once inside. The displays are amazing and very educational. The downstairs has more displays and a theater with movies about ocean research.
